The freezer doesn™™t seem like it seals well. When you open get in the refrigerator and close the door, the freezer door will pop open. So you have to make sure the freezer door isn™™t cracked open after getting in the refrigerator, other wise it creates ice around the top edge of the freezer. Would not purchase this model again.

This was a great fridge for the cost. My last fridge was the same brand and lasted well over 15 years! Had I been able to replace the seal, I'd have still had it! :) While this one doesn't have as many shelving options, it's still great in terms of how quickly it cools/freezes items and how large it is! So far I'm in love, lol.

I love that the fridge has a large freezer compartment. The doors having hidden handles for opening is also great because it makes it harder for my child to open it. There™™s plenty of shelf space within the fridge as well. And the temperature controlled vegetable bins are also a huge plus.

I purchased this refrigerator in 2022. Within a year, it had stopped working. It took several months for it to be completely fixed, then, less than a year later, it broke again. Customer service sent me around in a loop when I tried to arrange a repair. I will never purchase another Frigidaire product. This has been a nightmare.

I love my new refrigerator. It™™s the perfect size for our garage. It runs quietly. The only things I wish it had were glass shelves instead of wire shelves but that™™s fine. Also, the freezer has no light when you open the door. We also did order a new wire shelf to add more shelving for our personal use as it only came with two shelves. Overall, it™™s a great purchase. I™™m happy with it!

Needed to replace the venerable Kenmore refrigerator of 17 years, decided to go with Frigidaire since they probably made the Kenmore. I suppose this would be considered a 'no frills' unit with fewer fancy bells and whistles but that's what we wanted; less to go wrong. So far working well, we like the refrigerator fairly cold so keeping it at 36° which is barely past the halfway setting on the temperature control. Our only gripe is with the icemaker, not as good as the old one. We use a lot of ice and the new one is not keeping up, makes fewer, smaller cubes than before and seems to be on a set timer so no matter how cold you have the fridge it still takes the same time for an icemaking cycle. But to keep it positive at least it has an icemaking option and overall we like the purchase.

My office purchased a simple, no-frills Frigidaire refrigerator at the end of May. By early July, the freezer stopped freezing. I had registered the fridge, so called Frigidaire to schedule a tech to come out, which they did. By that time, the refrigerator part was not cooling, either. Tech says it's a leak, and since we had JUST bought it, we should be able to get a replacement. Frigidaire says NOPE, we need a second opinion from another tech. They use Sears Home Services, with customer service based overseas (techs are local, obv). I've set 9 different appointments and still haven't seen a technician. Frigidaire customer service in Manila has to be told repeatedly that we are not a residence and to get Sears to please schedule us earlier in the day. They cannot seem to make that happen, and meanwhile, we have a pretty white box in our lunchroom room that we cannot store anything in. And you cannot talk to a human being at Sears Home Services. It's all automated or via computer chat. Frigidaire, I'm disappointed that you don't offer better service to your loyal customers.

The refrigerator is just what I needed. It has more room than my old one. I wish that the way the doors would open would have been easier to change. It was purchased from Lowes and their installation included "plugging it in". We had to pay someone extra to reposition the doors!
